Managing Your Trips

Aer Travel puts all of our trips through an extensive quality control program where we check for over 50 features, including: frequent flyer accounts, policy compliance, date integrity, lower fares, possible seat upgrades, and any custom reporting fields you require. For many trips, we will work with you to develop tentative itineraries, sending different options for your approval while communicating regularly as plans are finalized. Based on this communication, we then develop a final itinerary, which undergoes our quality control standards.

HOLDING RESERVATIONS

Buying Time Before Ticketing

Unlike online sites, where you have to pay for your ticket immediately when booked, Aer Travel lets you to hold your ticket without an immediate purchase, and generally allows up to 24 hours to cancel your reservation with no charge Of course, with many business trips, plans change, often within 24 hours of the original booking. You can always ask Aer Travel not to ticket your reservation until the next day while you firm up your plans, and we will issue the ticket the following day. If your plans change again and the full itinerary needs to be adjusted, we can also void the entire transaction. Most tickets purchased online are not-refundable, and require the payment of a $150 change fee to be used later. Thanks to the magic of voiding, however, Aer Travel customers have a full 48 hours to reconsider and rearrange their plans, without the payment of a fee. One of our customers managed to save $34,000 in non-refundable fees in the last three months!
